Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Heraldcast (the “Service”), operated by zenbytelab, owner Gabriele Gelardi, Agricolastr. 8a, 80687 München, Germany (“we”). By creating an account you agree to them. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.

Service

Heraldcast provides analytics about publicly available short-form video content. Metrics are estimates derived from public data and third-party providers; we do not guarantee completeness or fitness for a particular decision.

Billing & refunds

Plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You may cancel at any time in one click from Settings → Billing; cancellation stops all future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, after which the workspace moves to the Free tier. Within 14 days of your first charge you may request a refund at support@heraldcast.com — one refund per customer; where usage of metered features (Deep Scans, API, AI analysis) has been substantial, we may deduct its cost. All prices are final: in accordance with §19 UStG (German small-business scheme) we do not charge VAT.

Acceptable use

Don't resell raw data, scrape the Service, or use it to violate platform terms or applicable law. White-label reports may be shared with your clients as rendered.

Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid in the preceding 3 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for intent, gross negligence, or injury to life, body or health.

Governing law

These terms are governed by German law. If you are a consumer, the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected, and statutory jurisdiction rules apply. If you are a merchant, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is Munich, Germany.
