Controller

The controller responsible for data processing on this site is zenbytelab, owner Gabriele Gelardi, Agricolastr. 8a, 80687 München, Germany. Contact: support@heraldcast.com.

What we collect

Account data (name, email, hashed password), workspace content you create (niches, reports, alert rules), and product usage events. Payment details never touch our servers: checkout and subscription management are handled by RevenueCat with Stripe as the payment processor, and we store only your plan and subscription status.

What we don't do

We don't sell your data, we don't run third-party ad trackers, and creator/video metrics shown in the product are derived from publicly available information.

Analytics & cookies

Analytics are first-party only: page views and product events are stored on our own servers and shared with no one. Visitor counting is cookieless and pseudonymous (a daily-rotating hash, and we never store your IP address or browser details). Browsing the public site sets no cookies at all; signing in sets only the strictly necessary session cookies. If you arrive through a partner or campaign link, the referral source is recorded only if you sign up during that visit, from that visit's URL — nothing is stored on your device beforehand. We honor Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control: with either enabled, no page views are recorded at all.

When you're signed in, we also record which Heraldcast features your account uses: pages opened and actions taken, with timestamps. This data is first-party only, stored in our own database, never shared with anyone, and used solely to improve the product.

Emails

Transactional emails (alerts, digests, invitations) are sent via Resend. Every digest has an off switch in Settings → Tracking.

Retention & deletion

Delete your account from Settings → Account and all personal data is removed within 30 days. You can download a full JSON export of your data any time from the same page, or email support@heraldcast.com and we'll send it to you.
